no-fly list for passenger misbehavior

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Two flights this week were diverted to an alternate destination for seat-reclining arguments.  ONE: 8/26/2014 United Airlines Flight 1462  Newark, New Jersey to Denver, flight diverted to O’Hare  TWO: 8/27/2014 Janet Macnab is the attorney for Edmund Alexandre who was arrested for a seat-reclining argument, flight Miami to Paris diverted to Boston’s Logan.  If these people who caused the disruption are guilty, then no-fly list should be a penalty considered by the kind people of the justice system.  It would be ridiculous if one of the offenders got off easy and did it again.  When plane loads of people don’t reach their destination, then equipment and crews are in the wrong place and it can trigger inconveniences for hundreds of people more than the hundreds of people on the flights where the offenders failed to behave themselves.  I would not support the death penalty in this situation only because it is proven not to be a deterrent for repeat offenses.  No-fly list would likely be a deterrent for repeat offenses. »» about me  201-490-9659  Mom angry  nearlincoln@hotmail.com  contact us
