6 pending charges on my Amex card 8.55 USD USPS and the number of labels eye got is 0 . . the label sending boots 4 repair 2 Manassas VA remains in my USPS click-n-ship shopping cart . . each time eye tried 2 pay USPS reported payment failure . . yet USPS was successfully posting charges . . a competent rep answered the USPS helpline . . she was helpful . . but my label count remains zero w my boots remaining at home
