¿Avoidable? plane2plane collision

Scottsdale Arizona Municipal Airport had a recent plane2plane runway collision w 1 person dead and others injured . . eye watched the vid fr a fixed camera and sat-viewed the airport on google maps . . considering the vid and the airports size and x pected traffic . . likely the only 2 planes active at the airport at the time hit 1 another . . this is not Atlanta where 100 planes might b active at any given moment . .  the moving plane make a perfect landing and was fully controlled on the ground . . the vid captures like 5 seconds as the plan slows on the runway . . then . . ¿Really? it collides w another plane on the runway . . eye’m a recreational blogger . . . way far fr qualifications and data access of a pro aviation investigator . . . yet . . conclusion: the moving plane pilot cud have avoided the crash . . ez ly
