    Hi Tom,

    Payment methods are not disabled unless members request for a payment method to be disabled or removed. When members update their Preferred Payment Method, the new method is used. However, if the new method is declined, the billing system will fall back on the previous payment method.

    Per your request, we have gone ahead and disabled all previous payment methods from being used on your account. At this time, the only valid payment method listed on file at this time is your Discover card ending in -27.
