Michael Che Israel

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Michael Che got blowback that continues about his joke: "Israel reports half their population is vaccinated . . let me guess the Jewish half.” Here is an oversimplified version of the appropriateness of Michael’s joke. If he is bashing Jewish people for being Jewish it’s wrong, and he should never have made the joke, but if he’s bashing the Israel government, then, like all governments, criticism is fair — especially if true. Michael’s joke is true if Israel vaccinated the Jewish people of its population while overlooking the not Jewish people. According to a youtube vid I watched by “Empire Files” Michael Che was correct . . . Israel vaccinated Jewish people while overlooking the not-Jewish people. This ¿Truth? comes in the interpretation of Israel’s borders. First it must be accepted that a significant population believes Israel does not exist, so all borders are disputed, but widely accepted are the 1948 borders. Golan, West Bank, and the Gaza strip are disputed. Israel claims this land is theirs to build settlements, and govern, but most governments do not recognize these lands as Israel, and the not-Jewish people living there don’t recognize the Israel government. These people living in the disputed territories are not vaccinated making Michael’s joke true if one believes these not-Jewish people in the disputed territories should be vaccinated by the Israel government. »» about me 302-990-2346
