USCP Eugene Goodman

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear kind readers: Recorded by Igor Bobic of the Huffington Post is Officer Eugene Goodman making a smart move under pressure that may have saved the life of Mike Pence and others in the Senate on Six January’s failed insurrection. I’ve already given you enough keywords to find the vid and read why Goodman is being praised . . . or you can stay with me, and I’ll describe it. Sincerely, Tom Doody Goodman is black with a big round head and not much hair, and he’s wearing a police uniform like typical beat police across US Cities. Goodman is retreating and trying to slow the mob from advancing up stairs inside the Capitol. He has an electro stick capable of shocking the perpetrators, and he’s using it, but Goodman is outnumbered. Goodman reaches the landing, which is large, and at the landing is where Goodman makes a Pence lifesaving decision, and then the attackers keep following him up the next flight of stairs where Goodman has reinforcements. Dear kind readers: You have to think like Goodman did to understand the importance of his decision. If you imagine race-track dogs following a mechanical rabbit, then you’re almost there. Sincerely, Tom Doody. Goodman thinks even though he’s trying to prevent the perpetrators from advancing he knows they’re following him. At the landing he could have stepped into the hallway trying to block the perpetrators from the Senate (Goodman knows he would fail), or he could continue up the stairs, and he made the correct choice. The perpetrators followed Goodman, and it bought enough time for Pence and the Senate to be evacuated. Not in the Huffington Post vid, but in other recordings the crowd can be heard chanting, “Hang Mike Pence”. »» about me 302-990-2346
