I shaved my head, so my handwash when I return home includes dunking my head in warm water. I feel it’s a better way to clean all entry points on my head. Hana held doors for me to leave without touching doorknobs, then she returned inside and washed her hands. With help from my metal hook I plan to touch no door handles. My wet wipes are pure with no sanitizer, which allows me to wipe my eyes first then blow my nose. The clean face tactic helps me keep my hands off my face. If I can stay healthy with a healthy home I’ll feel accomplished. I’m getting enough rest, my body temp is normal, and I feel healthy today. I am moving more deliberately and more thoughtfully than usual.
