fresh fun beautiful day

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Storm King Art was awesome. I know who posted and inspired Hana to suggest our day’s agenda, but I won’t disclose it here, hint: the person is not a celebrity, or not a celebrity yet. It’s clear for me in Hana’s posts her favorite was Black Flag by Alexander Calder. Calder is famous and famous before he died with a father and grandfather important to the public art of Philadelphia. I advanced through an emotional and intellectual renaissance while working in Renaissance’s (no democracy’s) birthplace starting at the beginning of this millenium, and Calder’s art has triggered a reaction in me since. My favorite was Claes Oldenburg Wayside Storm Pipe. I stood looking knowing how easy his art is, but the sculpture was lost on me — then the title. Oldenburg is awesome. My composed Hana selfie using Mirror Fence by Alyson Shotz got likes on fb, and the pic has me smiling now. All modern and contemporary art — like Picasso would have been misplaced, and even Henri Moore seemed a little outdated. Fresh fun beautiful day. »» about me 302-990-2346 contact
