modern AZCC.gov

Dear kind person at bankofamerica: I visited the Bryant Park location2day, and explained my question to Erika Hernandez. I b lieve Oscar is the best person to answer. As soon as my Indian partner gives me the request I plan to open a bank account for a newly Arizona AZCC.gov registered LLC: SBA Technologies LLC. SBA also has an EIN in addition to the Arizona LLC registration. Here’s the problem: AZCC.gov recently upgraded their website, so the pdf old-style traditional application forms no longer exist. These pdf docs are what I’ve presented to bankofamerica in the recent past to open a business fundamentals account. I concerned this recent AZCC change will cause a problem when I try to open a business fundamentals account. I’m not sure wat2do. Can you ¿Help? Sincerely, Tom Doody
