authority

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear kind readers: If you think about an org you know someone has to be in charge. If you ever thought you were faced with incompetence, and nobody seemed to be in charge, then I promise what I’m about to write will interest you. Sincerely, Tom Doody. Saying five businesses are registered in my name on azcc.gov overstates value. I am an LLC member of each of five businesses, but only two of them are active with amounts of money that are noteworthy, one is not dead, and at this moment for practical assessment the remaining two are dead. I begin with the first of the five registered businesses founded in 2016, Amromed. The founder of this business had all he needed to acquire and serve clients, but he lacked registration, EIN, and American banking, so he reached to me in 2016. We delicately made sure the founder was the boss, and I relentlessly became subordinate, so today the authority to operate this org rests with the founder. In recent weeks I was asked to get a Mightycall account, but I was denied because I purchased the service on my card, because the business is not register, and, por supuesto, has no bank account in the US. The hyper-sensative fraud-protection of Mightycall rejected me. Ironically the founder of Amromed could have gotten an account with Mightycall if he had been ask to, but the Indians who asked me thought they needed an American. No, an Indian would have been just fine if that Indian had the authority to operate an American business. »» about me 302-990-2346 contact us
