Cameroon

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear kind person at lowshiprates: I wrote about an overcharge on a Cameroon invoice, and you accomodate by crediting me thirty-five cents . . . grazie. 1292502746 is the tracking number to Cameroon 11/21/2017, and it was invoice at: 86.41 USD and the estimate was: 68.06 USD. The reason you credited only thirty-five cents can be traced to my typo . . please forgive me. If you were to trace to the estimate at the point of purchase and the invoice amount you would find a number closer to twenty dollars. I demand correct invoices for two reasons: ONE: I’m cheap and petty, and I don’t like when people take my money TWO: I want future invoices to be correct, and the thirty-five cent adjustment seems to point to a lack of investigation. DHL lag time for invoice varies package by package, which requires a retrospect of varying length to check invoices. I trust you and the other kind people at lowshiprates have some level of confidence the invoices are correct, and most of the time they are correct, but when there not it takes too much time. Please investigate this Cameroon problem, so I can ship again to Cameroon with confidence. Sincerely, Tom Doody »» about me 302-990-2346 contact us
