Dead Fish

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« I plan to place a link to this text on a mother’s day pic from the Dead Fish in Crockett California, and I will feature the smart strategic move of the restaurant name choice. Obviously the namers are trying to be original wanting to put, “fish” in the name while not being like the countless restaurants with, “fish” in the name. My flash research tells me Crockett is on the water redefining itself from an industrial and transportation past. The water is active fed by big rivers, but . . . on the East Coast we have inlets that are dead ends for fish, and something schools deroute and do the dead-fish back float in mass . . . if the Dead Fish restaurant were next to mass back-floating dead fish . . . it would never recover . . . maybe in California it would. Much of the world celebrated mother’s day yesterday including Barbados, Italy, and Crockett California . . beautiful pic on a grand occasion. »» nearlincoln contact us
