Trump Ryan not Miracle on Ice

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« The failure of Trump’s first way-publicized legislation was predictable considering his rise included: ONE: faulting DC TWO: faulting all politicians THREE: insulting Paul Ryan and many other lawmakers. The humiliating loss became memorable and maybe even unforgettable at the hands of the President himself and the Speaker. Ryan went over the top praising Trump’s efforts. It’s understandable Ryan was motivated to praise the President: ONE: Republicans advanced against their fear of zero Presidential influence TWO: Ryan also used the occasion to kiss President ass THREE: Ryan was also sincerely expressing gratitude. The combination of two things creates an iconic moment for Trump: ONE: Ryan’s uncharacteristic overly-generous Presidential-kiss-ass moment TWO: the image of a Trump loss while giving it his all is not an image he’s fond of. Yesterday was a bad day for the new President. The personal side for me is how I’ve enjoyed significant freedom with Hana’s job at Bloomingdale’s. I could not live with the anxiety linked to a NYC transportation injury being a sure bankruptcy, so without Hana my employment would be required (aka I would have2get a job). Some people earn enough to make Obamacare affordable, and they report liking it. The freedom these people get with Obamacare is American, and to hear Paul Ryan toute terminating insurance for most of those people as American is bulll shit. I’m glad the bill failed. For a Liberal like me the manner that it created a reverse “Miracle on Ice” for Trump and Ryan makes the moment a little sweeter. »» about me 302-990-2346 contact us
