It’s nine AM as I tap away at this text, and I want to be sure I posted before the result of the vote is known. DC insiders can predict outcomes with relative confidence even when it’s close. I sense this today’s vote is not close and the Republicans know what they’re doing. If I made an attempt to predict the outcome of today’s healthcare bill in the House I’d be guessing.
