DHL phone msg

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear father-daughter multi-service team on 38th: The call from DHL was follow up to a complaint I filed on a missed pickup. The problem stated with the snow storm and their backlog continued the next day sending me to NYC at six PM, so I could get a France (not your) document in the capable hands of the kind people of DHL. The get-in-their-hands delay did not stop DHL from getting the document to Paris by the end of the week, which is impressive considering a Tuesday snow storm that got the doc a late start. My lesson from this is that I’ll change the number on the MIA account to my cell. I put my number in on the pickup request, but each call on the subject of a late pickup gets the MIA number read to me, so it seems the account number is passing through to the carrier and not my cell. My coverage and backup on missed calls to my cell is sufficient, so I change the account number with confidence, ciao Tomas »» about me 302-990-2346 nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
