President’s CIA speech

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« From whitehouse.gov I read the script of President Trump’s speach at the CIA. Here in two parts ONE TWO. My experience reading it give me cause for concern. Reading Trump’s words makes me feel inarticulate. I would want to feel inspirational reading the President’s word, but instead I feel consumed by self doubt. It also seems clear that the President carried his celebrity persona to the CIA. I sense he felt he just had to show up to smooth over the CIA. If Trump supporters were to do what I did by reading the speech with a fabricated environment that attempts to mimic a public address, then it’s unimaginable they would give their man a thumbs up. The President is set to fall. He craves agreeable audiences, and repels disagreeable audiences. What made a successful campaigner navigated him to the White House, but the same loving-crowds he craves will fail him as President. I think of Tricky Dick Nixon’s paranoia that contributed to his fall. His fall was necessary, but painfully slow. I prefer to see Trump fail quickly, or succeed. »» about me 302-990-2346 nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
