Global hates us

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear my credit-repair amigo in Philly: Andrew and Juan are two clients you trusted to us, and both clients inadvertently got their Global accounts closed with limited notice. Juan’s happened sometime ago, and he elected not to reopen the account and Andrew’s just happened this week, and I was notified moments ago. I am pissed, and I can argue Global is to blame for their practice of adding a note to the client’s file, and declaring that note with no active notice to Adam is sufficient communication. There is an equally valid argument that says Adam’s staff should be checking and finding these notes, but inadvertent account closings remains a rare event, and it just happens both of what may be Adam’s only two clients netted this way originated from you. It is not totally random, because the clients who come from you to me and then Adam are clients who were seeking credit repair, which means their credit file is a pre-existing mess. People with messy financial lives are less likely to sift through their mail effectively and promptly, so they’re more likely to miss mail from Global. At this point Adam has not asked for my help fixing the problem, so this note is only to alert you, and reaffirm my commitment to the messy clients you send me. It’s my pleasure to serve these people with Nurdin as my favorite. The combination of your effective front-end credit repair with me linking you to competent negotiation with legal backup is awesome, and in total we’re bringing a useful service within reach of people who often lack access to effective financial solutions. Oh well . . . we fucked up, but nobody has surrendered . . . yet, ciao ur amigo Tomas »» about me 302-990-2346 nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
