¿Is PC World competent?

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« PC world posted, “The top 5 reasons why Google Hangouts never works”, which I read during a search for a solution to hangouts trouble.  The comments included this from markdj57, “I think if the team at PC world can’t get it to work while millions of everyday users can, then it’s time they shut up shop or hire those that aren’t completely incompetent”.  166 days have passed, and PC World has allowed markdj57’s comment to stand.  I will post: Dear kind person at PC World: markdj57 insults you on your blog by calling you incompetent.  You have not detected markdj57’s comment or you elected to let it stand.  Either way it seems markdj57 is correct in his assessment of PC World’s competence.  Sincerely, Tom Doody middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel.  I posted my reply, and I continue.  In this case with PC World they’ve allowed an RSVP invitation to pass.  Dear kind readers: markdj57 is trash talking with his PC World comment, and PC world is shaping its public image by letting it stand with no reply.  If you work for a company that has a digital presence, please consider my advice.  Let nothing stand without prompt engagement.  Sincerely, Tom Doody  People are often insulting in an attempt to have fun or get attention.  An org like PC World could give markdj57 a little of what he’s seeking, and get more from their digital footprint. »» about me  302-990-2346  twitter  nearlincoln@hotmail.com  contact us
