facebook and insecurity

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Once again I suffered through acute self doubt related to a high-potential affiliate prospect for Adam’s business.  This man found me and Adam online, so it was natural to use my blog to email him, and I send him a link allowing him to know my text is not to him exclusively.  The damn-I-lost-him period ended yesterday with his call, and it reversed my insecure period and pinged more reinforcement into my determination to use my digital style in all communication.  My cousin and my brother are two more examples of people with stealth internet styles who are now communicating with me comfortably.  Dear kind readers: Please don’t miss this point.  Imagine having a stealth internet style.  You may or may not have a facebook profile, and if you have fb, then you’re sure not to like anything.  ¿Wouldn’t communicating with someone like me, Tom Doody, middle-age American be something you try to avoid?  Sincerely, Tom Doody.  Also this week I posted a pic of Adam’s car on facebook, and he’s one of my most ardent-fb-hating amigos.  The fb ping that put me over the top and inspired me on this subject.  I posted this: “awesome stories came home from this party . . . my Gujarat Patel amigo in the barrio predicted no drinking, but these pics tell the story ¿Who needs men? other than the small contribution that made the expecting mother fit4this event . . . . pure unrestrained womanly fun brava ladies con Hana Miyajima”, and Jasleen, the expecting mother, liked it — awesome. »» about me  302-990-2346  twitter  nearlincoln@hotmail.com  contact us
