not enough trust

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear D and C: I’ve read an email thread including a list of clients from R ending with statements of confusion and asking Adam for clarification.  Adam has asked me to reply on his behalf.  What I read is two people horribly disappointed in this business debacle.  I also see a disproportionate amount of blame being put on Strum, and that is being voiced as confusion.  The business launched on a foundation of trust between two companies, but volume and the underestimated degree of difficulty began to reveal problems.  The only salvation was for the two business leaders to reconcile expectations again, but that didn’t happen, and will never happen.  Let there be no confusion.  Adam is done with this business – completely done.  You can be sure you’ve heard from Adam for the last time on this business unless an authoritative force presses him to return.  Though I’ve heard D refer to Adam’s risk not being properly mitigated he has not arrived at the same conclusion.  Instead, Adam’s assessment mitigates his risk by terminating before November 1st.  This was the most difficult phone work I’ve done, and if future assessment has me on the phone again in a similar capacity I am glad to do it.  Especially if my taking special clients can spare other employees from the heat caused by client anger.  It was fun for me.  Adam will ship the records on Monday, and I will provide the UPS tracking number purchased on lowshiprates.  If I get a specific question about the aforementioned confusion I’ll do my best to answer.  This text is the best I can do with the information given.  I will stay engaged in this for as long as it takes to become settled with the Strum termination, and I invite you to contact me at: 201-490-9659 nearlincoln@hotmail.com.  Sincerely, Tom Doody »» about me  201-490-9659  twitter  nearlincoln@hotmail.com  contact us
