noise debt fun

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Partly credited to chance we (Strum in Tempe, AZ) were able to get our most angry most hostile client a fair and affordable settlement today. She became more agreeable during my first call with her when I responded to her request to talk to someone else with, “there is no one else”. It’s predictable a me-or-no-one statement would enrage her, but it was the beginning of calming her. I promised her special attention and gave her more attention faster than any other client and Carmen scored the fair and affordable pre-judgment this client craved, and I had the pleasure of delivering the good news at lunchtime today. I was at 72nd Street on the downtown 123 train MTA subway deck, and our now-calm client got passed the train noise, listened to my alternative payment plans and chose one. I was part of making an angry person less angry and I was part of getter her debt behind her . . . . meanwhile my twitter interaction has become more fun, and I feel as though I have an audience as I do this work from various subway stations and transfer tunnels around Manhattan. My gig is a product of obsessive planning and chance; I’m happy; I feel accomplished. »» about me 201-490-9659 twitter nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
