far-reaching peace-achieving effects

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear kind readers: I am going to describe events of my work tonight, and there is potential for you to imagine what I am doing in your own customer service exchanges. If you serve customers or if you are served by people, and you imagine a tense conversation then there is potential for you to image in a different outcome. This is real and practical in the way I am serving Adam’s company, and it may not be practical for you. Please, I am begging; I’ll do anything, por favor, consider your own CRS conversation. Sincerely, Tom Doody. I am serving Adam’s company as CSR, and I’ve seen angry clients trash multiple employees linked to Adam as if they are shooting targets at a gun range, and I can’t tolerate getting attacked knowing the person will attack someone else linked to Adam, so I established a policy. “Established” means other people linked to Adam have worded my policy into their own words, and reinforce my policy repeatedly – awesome. If I determine a client is a problem client, then I give him or her special treatment, which means they only talk to me. I send an email to other people linked to Adam giving them notice they are to terminate any communication with these, “special” clients and direct them to me. It’s effective. Tonight a woman on Staten Island was already determined to need special treatment based on an account from the referring company, so at one point she insisted on talking to someone else in the company, and I explained I have the authority to exclude clients to communication with me exclusively, and that is what I had done with her. There is no one else. To her point about our communication being disagreeable I said, “we don’t have to be chums, I’m fixing debt, and not delivering babies or planning vacations”. Through a series of lines like the aforementioned she became agreeable. Dear kind readers: If you’ve done what I’ve asked you to do then you’ve personalizing this situation, and either way if you imagine yourself as the client/customer or you imagine yourself as the product/service provider, then I predict you’ll see my point. My policy has the potential for a far-reaching peace-achieving effects. Sincerely, Tom Doody »» about me 201-490-9659 twitter nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
