Burkhard von Harder’s twisted practice

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel «« Dear kind person at Burkhard Van Harder: I was given bvharder@aol.com and +494651943055 when I complained about the movie Die Narbe Westberlin.  Choosing this movie as a documentary did not prepare me for 76 minutes of footage scanning snow-covered Berlin.  I am asking for a refund or credit to see a better movie at a NYC theater.  I am prepared for you to deny my request, because movies are not guaranteed to please, so please consider: ONE: Die Narbe is a 2009 release  TWO: promoted in small print is “an experimental documentary”.  There are plays on Broadway that predate 2009, so old entertainment is not universally bad, but if it became known that a theater known for fresh entertainment was slipping old movies into their schedule, then it would be bad for the theater.  If you deny me credit, then I promise to find the theaters that rely on your company for distribution, and do my best to promote your twisted practice of slipping old movies into theaters known for fresh entertainment.  I honor the practice of experimentation, but I feel slighted that $22 of my money went to pay for your experimentation, because taking part in an experiment usually comes with a payment to the subject of the experiment or at least gratis or a discount.  People don’t have dinner in a culinary school while paying full price, but yet you secretly experimented on me and charged me full price.  I resent that my money has added to your profits, and I am requesting compensation.  Sincerely,  Tom Doody »» about me 201-490-9659 Erika mortified nearlincoln@hotmail.com contact us
