profession of highest importance

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel <<< I found Kips Isaac @Kipsizoo on twitter, and after exchanging a few tweets I read his blog.  I was reminded a conversation with one of my lawyer pedicab passengers.  The conversation pinpointed that lawyers get disbarred, but physicians rarely lose their license, “we’re not saving lives” was the punch line.  The clique, “we’re not saving lives” makes reference to the universal acceptance that saving lives describes work of high value.  Who saves the most lives?  In total doctors do, but unless a doctor is effective in public medicine he or she will fall short of other public servants.  After political leaders like Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf of Liberia and Hu Jintao of China to name two.  The next most important on the saving-lives scale is the leaders/celebrities from rich countries using their fame and wealth to do good.  Jimmy Carter and Bono are two examples.  I claim agribusiness professionals like Kips Isaac are third on the saving-lives scale.  To make my most important list personal ONE: President Johnson-Sirleaf  TWO: Bono THREE Kips Isaac.  Keep up the good work people, we need a more peaceful and healthy planet. >>> about me, 201-490-9659 use anonymous2tomdoody@gmail.com as an email address to comment without posting your email address, or login to gmail with password: anonymous123
