Prudential Douglas Elliman

middle-age American living in New Jersey near the Lincoln Tunnel — Dear kind members of Prudential Douglas Elliman:  Thank you for considering my friend request.  I distribute promotional materials for New York Golf to benefit the store, and for traffic to my own website.  It’s a mutually beneficial marketing campaign that has been active intermittently for about two years.  My response rate doubled on a recent distribution, because I held a sign that said, “apartments”, and two people who are in active Manhattan apartment hunts gave me their phone numbers, which are now in the capable hands of a friend of mine.  I plan to repeat this apartment-sign distribution regularly, which will generate more leads, and the aforementioned friend is not in the best position to serve these prospective clients.  Would anyone be so kind to take these names and numbers of people in active Manhattan apartment searches?  These leads are few in number, and they are generated as a byproduct of an active campaign, so there is no charge or obligation.  Sincerely,  Tom Doody
